Shirdhar is an EIR at The Fabric. He comes with over 30 years in the industry with industry experience in Retail, Pharma, Payments, Treasury and Capital Markets.

Recently, Shridhar was the CTO for ESQ Business Services with global customers using its products in ATM Management and Payments Analytics. He has built RetailWave with customers using its a cloud-based platform for the automating retail outlets and eCommerce fulfilment centres. Earlier he built NeemTree with most large Indian banks using its products that automated their Treasury operations.

Shridhar held multiple positions in the US with Tandem Computers a fault tolerant computing company, now part of HPE.

Shridhar holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Chennai, India.
