Today, we are excited to announce that Perspica has been acquired by Cisco.
Congratulations to Dan Maloney, JF Huard and the Perspica team!
Perspica, an AI-driven application performance management (APM)/ IT operations analytics (ITOA) company, will be integrated with Cisco AppDynamics.
Perspica was co-founded and co-created by The Fabric along with the Perspica founding team.
We are also thrilled that two out of four companies from The Fabric 1 fund got acquired. Both exits illustrate the strength of The Fabric co-creation model. The platforms have enabled The Fabric companies to successfully hit various growth milestones and build exciting technologies and business in the cloud/IoT infrastructure space.
The Fabric in a short span of time has had 2 successful exits. We are just getting started – watch this space!
